That's not only youtube in your view

As i feel sad can't see iPlayer BBC because i am not UK,
(I really can't understand why should have a licence outside of UK/US or something else.
The Internet is a truly global phenomenon.
BBC worldwide news is provide for everyone , why worldwide TV can't?)

By the way,I searching some other channel try to looking at some thing i can see.
And this's amaze me live streaming is popular in US/UK,

I search so much channel and feel this web is more user-friendly and not loading too long.

Why am i recommend this if this is as same as youtube?
because you don't need to worry about licence /copyright in here(still).
Veoh is not popular so no one will flag that about the licence problem=_=

that's so much grey area about the licence problem in internet sharing,
like BT, everyone like that' s illege but who catch this?


After saw all of this, it's just wide my view because that 's no many kind of channel in hongkong, because hongkong just have a tiny space for media, and so much ppl cant look wider, only accuse some content is make the children badly.
I feel sad about hongkong's media and happy internet is make me know so much probability in media.

Normally i don't watch Hong Kong's film,
because it's disappoint me again and again,
but "Written by" really is a good film,
his story is about a family wish to see their died father,
then wrote a novel to make it real.



The story is complete, all the thing is related.
a coin stand in the mid mean two world is exsit in live and death,
Their home is in the peak of the mid, also mean that story is in the mid of the real and fantasy.



After the story have been written, Director seem to have a feeling for what he wrote,
then he keep asking the question which ask in the begin,
Who decide our story, can we be sucess, can we be beautiful then easy to do a catwalk to earn money,
Who decide can i died can i live, this is the thing is we always ask.
But this is life.

And i love what he using is some Hongkong's culturn, that's also is some beautiful thing we can't have now anymore.
director make the film as his fantasy, as our fantasy, keep making some fantasy,
You may get hurt, but after that, our world can be better.
Just try to make a fantasy.

I remember this first time i grad in Co1, i was worry about how to keep the passion everyday.
Because if you saw some forum for designer, they always look so unhappy.
how can you doing a job is unhappy but that's your dream job?

however, i awake positive really important to keep your passion.
don't look at the bad side, and look at the advantage to yourself and others.

it's really affect your work and passion.

I need to thanks for my AD, this is not the thing i can learn in another company.


EQ is so important if you want to be a designer.
Stop complain and keep found another passion designer to share.
The world can be better!

Rethink

I always have a question how to balance work and relax.
You can let your mind in design everytime, but not "working" everytime.
Is it wrong if i do my job slowly and let my feeling throught the job?
Or i should do it quickly and make my life separate of this?

Actully in my childhood mind, i always want a job is enjoyable and work happily.
I do think do it quickly is not a great way to make myself to the destination.
but that's the way they told me to improve my design.

ummmm...
i should talk to my colleague right?

Anyway, it's really make my mind cleanly now and i should do it more.
Writing all the thing i learn everyday, remind myself,
